SHIPPING POLICY

We use USPS.com and FedEx.com to ship regular orders. You will be able to choose your desired specific shipping method during your online ordering and checkout process on this Site. However, please note that from time to time, Chaga Inc., will choose an alternative shipping method based on current shipping rates and transit times. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders received after 12:00 pm (noon) PST, will be shipped the following business day at the very earliest.

For domestic orders, we will do everything possible to ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours after receipt IF ALL PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK and as long as we are not in HIGH VOLUME ORDER PERIOD (which happens periodically — especially nearing holidays and online events such as David Wolfe Detox Group Events). During a High Volume Period, it may take 3-9 business days to get your order shipped plus an additional 2-3 days transit time to you (5-12 business days). If any products are OUT OF STOCK in your order or if you placed a pre-order, we may hold your order for a week or two in order to get everything into one shipment. Once shipped, allow 2-3 days transit time.

If you need your order expedited, please call +1 775 429 6533 for possible scheduling and expedited shipping rates, or email us at uk@davidwolfe.com Shipping for Saturday delivery is possible with an extra shipping surcharge. All regular shipping charges (if applicable) will be added to your total order once you login to this Site and complete your order. Customs Fees will apply to International Orders! When you place an online order through shop.davidwolfe.com, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you place an order via phone or fax, you must request this tracking number to be sent to you via phone, fax, or email. This service is for your information only, and although every effort is made to give accurate information, we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date mentioned by this system. Chaga Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF ADDRESS INFORMATION INPUTTED INTO OUR WEBSITE AT TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

For international orders, due to past issues with fraud, we will take extra steps to verify the order and we often contact the customer via email or telephone to confirm the order one more time, just to be sure. These orders may take 1-3 weeks to ship and also several weeks to arrive depending on the country. Chaga Inc. are not responsible for Customs fees or the shipment being rejected at the border. If the shipment is returned, the customer will be contacted and refunded minus shipping fees and the 3% restocking fee.

Note: the customer is responsible for the FULL value of a shipment if they enter an incorrect shipping address and the products are shipped based on that incorrect address.
